The Front Line of Talent Training —— The birth of the first batch of outstanding internal trainers
In order to further implement high-quality development and build a learning organization, Jiangsu Tianwen New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. launched the "ETT Excellent Internal Trainer Growth Camp" project from January 6 to March 3, which was lectured by China Top 100 Lecturer (Top Four in 2017), think tank expert of Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, co-founder of Tianwen New Materials, and initiator of E-Family Education and Training Alliance, with Tianwen New Materials Technology R&D Center, Marketing Management Center, Operation Management Center and training.
This training aims at improving the students' teaching ability, taking the development of training courses as the starting point and practical application as the foothold, and adopts the teaching mode of "teachers' intensive teaching, students' diligent practice and judges' comments", in which knowledge teaching and practical training run through vertically, and exchanges, discussions and mutual rectification are embedded and interspersed. Through case, video, interaction and other teaching forms, the teaching is conducted from the aspects of training needs, curriculum development, content extraction, mind map, lesson plan design, teaching skills, presentation and so on. The content is gradual and the teaching is simple. Through training, students quickly changed their training concepts, and realized that training should be oriented to practical problems, centered on students' problems, aimed at understanding the church, be a good screenwriter (course development), a good director (teaching design) and a good actor (course teaching), and impart knowledge and skills in an easy-to-understand way, thus effectively improving the pertinence and effectiveness of training content.
Ms. Ding Xiaowen, founder of Haiwen Consulting, Mr. Chen Xiuyun, a teacher in the field of human resources, Mr. Zhang Chaoguang, chairman of Tianwen New Materials, Mr. Long Changming, director of enterprise management training in Emine, and Ms. Long Fengming, the lecturer, participated in the evaluation of internal trainer certification.
After one day's internal trainer certification, each teacher passed this round of evaluation according to the eight-step method of universal opening and the five-step method of universal ending of course hosting taught by Mr. Long. In the "micro-lesson sharing assessment" session, everyone gave a 15-20-minute on-site trial assessment. The confident and generous typhoon, humorous words and quick response ability made the assessment site exciting and full of laughter. At the same time, it also showed the energetic and passionate lecturers to the judges and corporate trainers present.
