Ask Heaven for New Materials to Carry out Special Training on Personal Income Tax

In order to better solve the problems encountered by employees in the annual settlement and payment of personal income tax, ensure that employees in the company can fully enjoy the preferential policies of personal income tax in time, and help employees successfully complete the settlement and payment of personal income tax in 2023, on the afternoon of March 17th, 2024, Tianwen Xincai conducted a special training on "Settlement and Payment of Personal Income Tax", explaining the tax policy and how to use the personal income tax APP to handle individual income tax settlement. Teacher Yin Lanjun, a senior lecturer and accountant of ETC Club, was invited to give a lecture, and all the management of Tianwen New Materials Technology R&D Center, Marketing Management Center, Operation Management Center and Training Empowerment Center attended.

The training content is divided into five aspects, including basic knowledge of personal income tax, special additional deduction of personal income tax, calculation of special additional deduction, other precautions and personal income tax APP operation. In particular, seven special additional deductions are explained, including children's education, continuing education, infant passports, serious illness medical care, housing loan interest, housing rent and support for the elderly. The scope, method and standard of special additional deduction for individual tax are explained in detail.

For the problem of "how much tax to pay" that the majority of employees are generally concerned about, Teacher Yin Lanjun gave practical examples on the spot and gradually checked the tax payment results. In the training, pictures are used to show the operation steps such as special additional deduction collection and annual settlement of comprehensive income on the personal income tax APP, and face-to-face teaching everyone how to handle individual tax settlement on mobile phones.

At the training site, everyone spoke actively and participated in the discussion. Through teacher Yin Lanjun's detailed explanation and answering questions, everyone clearly knew what special tax deductions they were eligible for and could enjoy, and they took out their mobile phones and enthusiastically handled them.
